Kryon loves to remind us we are all family, golden beings of light and energy. He tells us we are capable and urges us to grow in our strength and co-creative ability. Our partner, the universe, would like us to assume more of this responsibility.

My husband Stephen and I own and operate an international "new energy" business, The Energy Extension, Inc. The declaration of purpose as legally defined in our corporate certification (filed and registered in March 1995) reads as follows: "To educate and provide teaching materials regarding the human electromagnetic field, through workshops, seminars and training sessions . . . "

Our worldwide trademark papers define the work in this way - "educational and informational services relating to human self-awareness, namely, teaching, exercising, practicing and disseminating information over the global information network relating to self-enablement through awareness of the energy of the human body to empower, protect and strengthen the inner being . . . "

Simply put, this is the contemporary spiritual path Stephen and I have chosen to express the energy of love and peace filled empowerment in our lives and in the lives of others.

The Birth of the Universal Calibration Lattice

I have been aware of energy patterns for as long as I can remember, and I am still delighted whenever the colors and fibers of light in the human energy field reveal themselves. I am fascinated with the way the energy feels each time I touch it. The way in which energy bodies "talk" to me is a language that I've learned to interpret through the years. Speaking this language of light and energy is more than just a passion of mine - it has become my life!

My first experience of what I call "no beginning and no end" occurred in my early twenties, the result of a profound yearning to remember God, or Creator. During the next 16 years, my deepest desire was to be able to apply my knowledge and experience and to live my life with some sense of empowerment. This led to my second experience of "no beginning and no end," in the spring of 1988. I literally became the Universal Calibration Lattice and simultaneously received the information that led to the development of the EMF Balancing Technique.

Kryon calls the Universal Calibration Lattice, or UCL, "the doorway to the Cosmic Lattice." I now understand it as an evolutionary system within the human energy anatomy that allows the rewiring of our entire being to take place, accelerating our integration of Spirit and biology. The EMF Balancing Technique is an energy balancing method designed to work with the UCL, utilizing the human-to-human effect upon our electromagnetic fields.

The first EMF session occurred in 1989, coinciding with the time of the arrival of Kryon to our planetary consciousness. I then spent the next 12 years learning to use and prove the validity of the body of information I had received. Co-Creating Evolution

Humanity's collective efforts to elevate our conscious-ness, the increase in the measure of the Schumann resonance -- the "heartbeat" of the planet -- and the lessening of the Earth's magnetic field have each significantly contributed to the evolution of the human energy anatomy. During eight years of private practice, facilitating thousands of sessions, I have had a front row seat to witness this evolution.

Changes in the Earth's magnetic grid equal changes in our energy anatomy. The arrival of Kryon into the collective consciousness is one of the strongest factors contributing to our ability to consciously evolve this particular pattern of self-enablement in the human electromagnetic field. The EMF Technique is an energy system to which Kryon refers when he invites us to "hold the full charge of our being." This is contemporary initiation and positive, practical empowerment.

Practical Spirituality

I first learned of Kryon in 1996. Before that, I was developing the EMF Balancing Technique with no conscious knowledge of the "magnetic master." The loving being we call Kryon urges all of us to focus our attention on the magnetic changes of the planet. He gives substantial information regarding the changes and potentials that are now opening to us. He tells us there is nothing we must do, and that is true. However, for those of you looking for more personal tools and a practical understanding of how to increase your co-creative ability, understanding the UCL will prove to be very useful.

Kryon's first words to me were, "You are celebrated for your practicality." What a miracle! My entire life had been full of (drug free) visions and fantastic experiences. Years ago I had visited the level of consciousness where indeed we are beings of golden light and energy. I experienced magnificent and exhilarating insights; yet, my life reflected very little empowerment. I now had a place for all this energy to go. The Universal Calibration Lattice truly facilitated spiritual practicality in my life.

Spirituality and Science

Kryon often speaks of the importance of the marriage between spirituality and science. The EMF work is deeply rooted in both areas. This relationship is discussed in depth in the upcoming book, Elegant Empowerment the Universal Calibration Lattice, co-authored with Canadian physicist Dave Lapierre. Mr. Lapierre provides a loving scientific validation, which deeply honors the perfection and grace of the universe and the sacred space, that each human holds in this larger scheme.

Sacred Partnerships

Lee Carroll and Jan Tober live in California; Stephen and I live in Connecticut, about as far apart as people can live within the continental United States. Ever since our first meeting, we have traveled throughout the world together. This work is truly universal for it transcends our differences; wherever we are on the planet, whatever the culture, we hear repeatedly from participants, "This is what I've been waiting for. This feels like home." Ultimately, we are teaching people about their pure energetic nature, how to express it, and be it, in daily life and to the max!

Within the energetic posture of pure balance there is the potential for profound peace, spontaneous healing, accelerated learning, regeneration. Consistently living in the now moment and the expression of your individual truth are two of the attributes of the Self-empowered individual. The most basic premise of the EMF philosophy is to honor the innate wisdom of each human being; the connection each of us has with our own higher self, or "golden angel," as Kryon says, indeed, a very sacred partnership. This process is exciting and a true test of our co-creative abilities on this plane of being. We honor the Creator, ourselves, and those before us, when we have called masters, when we roll up our energetic sleeves and live our own mastery!

Everywhere Stephen and I go, we teach about the UCL and the EMF Balancing Technique. I begin teaching with this statement and question, "Kryon asks us to hold the full charge of our being and to do it gracefully. I don't want to stop until every cell of my being is holding that full charge, how about you?" People always respond with big smiles and hardy agreement. For some of us the "gracefully" part will take some work, but that's one of the aspects that can make this process fun!

Applied Knowledge is Power

The one-day UCL Training provides an in-depth look at the Universal Calibration Lattice and provides powerful energy tools anyone can use. The six-day Practitioner and Personal Growth Training certifies participants to perform all four sessions of the EMF Balancing Technique. Using the golden energy and learning the precise graceful movements of the procedure, strangers quickly become family again.
