Cancellation policies:

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ATTENDED A REHEARSAL and then cancel:
Cancellations received up to October 20, 2012 are subject to $70 cancellation fee • Cancellations 60 days in advance of event (after Oct 20, 2012) are subject to $250 cancellation fee • Cancellations 30 days in advance of event (after Nov 20, 2012) are subject to $300 cancellation fee.


FOR THOSE WHO REGISTER WITH A "REHEARSAL PROMISE"
and then cancel their Maui 2012 LEMURIAN REUNION registration :
There is forfeiture of 100% of the paid registration fee! Failure to go to a promised rehearsal will result in NOT being allowed to attend the event. BE CERTAIN YOU CAN ATTEND A REHEARSAL BEFORE YOU SIGN UP!


THE SHERATON MAUI RESORT AND SPA POLICIES (for those who registered early at the Sheraton):
A deposit equal to two's nights stay was required to HOLD each individual's reservation.
Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated and, upon check-in shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay.

This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

If cancellation is made within seven (7) days of arrival, the two day's deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
