ADVENTURE PRICES:
Naturally you will save money if you have a roommate. If you wish to try and have our hosts match you up with one, please let them know. On the cruises we have done this many times. A room alone is the most expensive:

Okay... take a look at this: When you do a real cruise, they charge you for the "cruise ticket" which includes the cruise and all meals. Even if you share a cabin, you pay about $2,200 or more each. In our scenario, if you share a room, the price is almost cut in half! True, on our land cruise you will pay for your meals separately, but this also allows you to control your food prices. Also note that we won't charge you for water every time you turn around, or have 20% gratuities added automatically to your charge card, or any of the other "special" items that you get in a real cruise. Also note that the main excursion is included in your price (volcano day). NO excursions are included in a "real cruise." ... Land cruise... a good thing... are you with us?
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
₯ (7) nights hotel accommodation, tax included, based on single or double occupancy.
₯ Kryon seminar and Registration Fees, including the special 8-8-8 celebration day.
₯ Welcome reception with pupus (don't ask what these are if you don't know) including tropical punch and featuring a special naturalist lecturer to prepare us for the volcano trip.
₯ Hawaiian luau with entertainment.
₯ Full day tour excursion of the volcano, Kilauea, including round-trip transportation, park admission, tax, gratuities and lunch.
₯ Special musical concert with world-class composer and performer Robert Coxon.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
₯ Air Fare from your home to Kona, Hawaii.
₯ Ground transportation to the hotel from the airport.
₯ Optional tours (listed below)
₯ No meals are included, other than what is above.
₯ Gratuities on food and service (not added automatically).
₯ Personal incidental charges, to be paid on check out (like phone & laundry).

Some may go on-line and see if they can get a better deal with the hotel. But after the seminar fees, welcoming party, Luau and volcano tour are added, the chances are they will come out about the same or more. We are getting a group rate. If you do end up booking separately, however, be prepared not to share in some of the services that the hotel has given to those who are accurately registered with the Kryon group. All our pricing is dependant on the group rate. If you book on your own, we take the hit.

$150.00 Non-Refundable. Processing Fee is applied once reservation is confirmed and deposit it given.
Written notice of cancellation must be received to process within dates of the following guidelines from hotel.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:
One night deposit is non-refundable if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival
Total cost of hotel nights is non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival
Total cost program including tours, food and beverage is non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival
