This is for those who have reservations and are coming to this event.
Here is some helpful information regarding the Event, Event Check-In, Food, Weather, Parking, and more:
KRYON REUNION IN SEDONA!!
Date: Friday-Sunday June 13-15, 2008 (three days)
CHECK IN TIME: 1:00PM ON FRIDAY!
Friday Program (& Booksigning): 3:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturday Program: 9:00am - 7:30pm
Sunday Program: 9:00am - 7:30pm

EVENT PASS/TICKET:
There will be table for check-in at the entrance to the Gym Lobby. Please be prepared to give us the exact name used to make the event purchase, and number of reservations under that name. The purchase name will then be matched to our registration list.
Upon check-in you will be given an Event Pass Badge to wear as a necklace. Please keep the pass visual and with you for the entire 3 day conference, you will need to present the pass to enter the building each day.
If you have purchased 2 or more tickets under one name, your full party must check in at the same time under the purchase name. (this name ONLY will be on the list and the number of reservations).
SEATING:
First Come First Serve... each day.
Seats the first day are not necessarily your seats the second or third day.
No saving seats from day to day.
RECORDING: AUDIO AND VIDEO:
Not permitted... Sorry. Due to the number of speakers and musical portions of the program, we are honoring the multiple copyright arrangements that are represented. Please don't bring recording devices to record this conference.
The Kryon channelling of Saturday evening, and the Quad channelling of Sunday evening, will both be posted as free downloadable MP3 files on the Kryon website within a week of the conference. FREE AUDIO PAGE
PARKING:
Please CAR POOL when possible. Please ONLY park in the areas designated for parking at the High School and follow the Traffic Officers directions on the ground.

WEATHER:
Please check Sedona local weather forecast before arrival so you are well prepared. We recommend bringing an umbrella for SUN or RAIN. SEDONA WEATHER SITE
FOOD: Available on the high-school grounds.
For Vegetarians: D'Lish Very Vegetarian - Restaurant
(In the High School Cafeteria for all three days!)
An oasis in the desert of public eating options, D'Lish is a must for the health-conscious.

For Non-Vegitarians: 'Mobel Joe' & Singular-Sensations will offer various hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, and lunch box meals, (in high-school parking lot for all three days!)

Bottles of Water will be available for reasonable purchase at the event.
Please note: Food and drink (other than water) is NOT allowed INSIDE the facility.
SMOKING is PROHIBITED anywhere on the high-school grounds including the parking areas!
