This is for those who have reservations and are coming to this event.
Here is some helpful information regarding the Event, Event Check-In, Food, Weather, Parking, and more:
LUNCH!!
D'Lish Restaurant will again be on the school grounds for lunch if you wish. This year, however, we need you to Pre-order if you are interested!
Please click HERE to place yourÊpre-order lunch box meal forÊSaturday and Sunday. There areÊNon-Vegetarian andÊVegetarianÊoptions for you to choose from. This is the ONLYÊprovider forÊon-site food at theÊconference. WeÊhighlyÊrecommendÊthat youÊplaceÊyour order to ensure that you have a meal and not look around in the mid-day heat of June for aÊrestaurantÊinÊtown. This alsoÊhelps you getÊback in time for theÊprogramÊafter theÊlunch break. This will save you time and money!ÊAll lunches must be pre-ordered and paid for via the Internet in advance.ÊLunches will be available for pickup in theÊhighÊschool cafeteria at your regularly scheduled break.

SEATING:
First Come First Serve... each day.
Seats the first day are not necessarily your seats the second or third day.
No saving seats from day to day.
Speaking of seats... these rental chairs are often a bit hard. BRING A CUSHION OR PILLOW and you will be more comfortable.
RECORDING: AUDIO AND VIDEO:
Not permitted... Sorry. Due to the number of speakers and musical portions of the program, we are honoring the multiple copyright arrangements that are represented. Please don't bring recording devices to record this conference.
The Kryon channelling of Saturday and Sunday evening will both be posted as free downloadable MP3 files on the Kryon website within a week of the conference. FREE AUDIO PAGE
PARKING:
Please CAR POOL when possible. Please ONLY park in the areas designated for parking at the High School and follow the Traffic Officers directions on the ground. There is new construction going on of the new auditorium.
ADDITIONAL parking
Across the Hwy at the CULTURAL PARK is within walking distance to the high-school. see map: HIGH SCHOOL MAP We will provide a shuttle each day, starting early, from these additional areas.
WEATHER:
Please check Sedona local weather forecast before arrival so you are well prepared. We recommend bringing an umbrella for SUN or RAIN. SEDONA WEATHER SITE

Please note: Food and drink (other than water) is NOT allowed INSIDE the facility.
SMOKING is PROHIBITED anywhere on the high-school grounds including the parking areas!
